Frog Rock Grand Canyon Introduction
On the way from Jianshi to Simakusi, in the valley, there is a giant rock resembling a frog facing the mountain, crouching in the creek. According to legend, a large frog came to this place in pursuit of a pair of large mosquitoes. When the mosquitoes flew to the mountain top, the frog was blocked by the steep cliff, unable to cross over. It could only gaze longingly at the mountain top, and after hundreds of years, it eventually transformed into a giant rock.
