Taiwan Black Tea Co., Ltd. Introduction
Taiwan Black Tea Co., Ltd. was established in 1937, boasting a history of nearly 80 years. Its predecessor was the Chikuan Mountain Tea Industry Association and Taiwan Black Tea Co., Ltd. During the Japanese colonial period, when most tea factories relied on foreign trading companies or Japanese dry goods stores for export, Taiwan Black Tea Company directly exported to overseas markets, emphasizing high quality and a modern operational model. The various factories produce black tea, green tea, Pouchong tea, and puffed tea, and over the years, have exported to more than 80 ports around the world, spanning all five continents, including markets in Europe and America, Japan, northern China, and even as far as Kenya or Ethiopia in Africa, witnessing the development process of Taiwan’s tea export history.
