Geographical Center Monument of Taiwan Introduction

The Geographic Center Monument of Taiwan was established during the Japanese colonial period. In 1952, it was moved to the top of Huzi Mountain, and in 1972, the area was developed into a beautiful park. The monument was rebuilt again in 1979. President Chiang Ching-kuo once inscribed the words "Clear Mountains and Beautiful Waters" on it. Following the steps behind the monument, one can reach the summit of Huzi Mountain, where distant mountains can be seen, offering a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, making it a great spot for viewing the night scenery of Puli.
