Zhanghu District Introduction
The Zhanghu area is located in the eastern mountainous region of Gukeng Township, Yunlin County, at an altitude of 300 to 800 meters. The area is named Zhanghu due to its basin taking the shape of a circular lake, and because it was once abundant with camphor trees that produced camphor. Within the mountainous region, there are sixteen scenic spots known as the "Sixteen Landscapes of Zhanghu," including Longfeng Waterfall, Changqing Waterfall, Tianchang Waterfall, Dijiu Waterfall, Sanchuan Stream, Changqiao Exploration, Lingquan Rising, Qingshui Beautiful Valley, Immortal Bathing Pool, Treasure Island Pool, Zhanghu Mountain, Mountain-Sea View, Thousand-Year Divine Tree, Gathering Immortal Rock, Lian Gem, and Snake King Palace, offering an opportunity to explore the wonders of nature's variations.
