Zhanghu Indigo Dyeing Cultural Association - Indigo Room Introduction
Crisis turned into opportunity, the birth of ecological indigo dyeing. The abandoned Zhanghu Elementary School faced a serious ecological crisis due to the invasion of the foreign plant, weed morning glory. With the efforts of National Formosa University and several indigo dyeing experts, a successful indigo dyeing workshop was established, transforming the school into a handmade indigo dye workshop that promotes ecological awareness and showcases its unique characteristics.
