Dongshi Eco Park Introduction
Dongshi Environmental Park, established at the end of 2010 by the Luku Township Office, is located near the seaside and features landscape facilities such as an entrance wall, a pebble maze, and stone pathways. During the flowering season, the vast fields of Tianrenju flowers sway gracefully, attracting a large number of independent travelers. This site was previously the earliest landfill in Penghu, which ceased operations in 2003 due to saturation. The township office repurposed the land for the Dongshi landfill. The park includes a large pebble maze, walking paths, flower frames, stone tables, and chairs. The pebble maze stands about 100 centimeters tall and is a small maze, surrounded by a vast meadow, with a red-painted traditional bullock cart placed in one corner. Dongshi Environmental Park, located near the seaside and Penghu Airport, is conveniently situated near flight paths. During the summer, when Tianrenju flowers bloom abundantly, it is an excellent spot for photography, sightseeing, enjoying the breeze, and watching airplanes. 【Recommended stay time】 0.5 hours.
