Wusheng Temple Introduction
Main deity: Guansheng Dijun Festival date: 24th day of the 6th lunar month The Wusheng Temple was initially established in the 23rd year of the Kangxi era at the right side of the Penghu School Stage and was relocated to its current site in the first year of the Guangxu era (1875). The worship of Guandi in Taiwan originated with Zheng Chenggong, and the Guandi Temple in Tainan today was built by him. The largest Guandi Temple in Penghu is the current Wusheng Temple in Chaoyang Village.
