Nanhai Tourist Service Center Introduction
The Nanhai Tourist Service Center is located next to the Nanhai Dock, specifically at the third fishing port of Penghu. It consists of two buildings, a new and an old one, and primarily serves as a temporary resting place for tourists waiting to board boats to various islands in the Nanhai region. The tourist center also provides travel information and sells tickets for yacht operators heading to the Nanhai islands, serving as a gateway to Nanhai and the southern islands (Tungkang, Hujing, Wang-an, Qimei, Dongji, Xiji, Dongyu Ping, and Xiyu Ping). Inside the Nanhai Tourist Service Center, there are services and facilities, including travel consultation, yacht services, waiting rooms, a retail shop, a coffee square, a luggage room, and washrooms. A designated luggage storage area is planned, with storage hours from AM 06:30 to PM 21:30. At the center, there are on-site interpreters available at the service counter to assist with travel inquiries. A ticketing desk for Nanhai speedboat operators is set up within the center, and many yacht operators also set up temporary stalls outside the tourist center to sell speedboat tickets directly. Both tourists and locals traveling to the various small islands must use the Nanhai Dock for transportation, so there are peak hours for speedboat departures and returns every day from around 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and from around 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. 【Suggested stay time】 0.5 hours
