South China Sea Tourist Service Center Introduction
The Nanhai Tourist Service Center is located next to the Nanhai Pier at the third fishing port of Penghu. It consists of two buildings, new and old, and serves as a temporary resting place for tourists waiting for their boats to various islands in the Nanhai region. The center provides travel information and ticket sales for yacht operators heading to the Nanhai islands, making it the gateway to Nanhai and the southern islands (Tungkang, Hujing, Wang'an, Qimei, Dongji, Xiji, Dongyuping, and Xiyuping). The facility includes services such as travel consultation, yacht services, a waiting area, a retail shop, a coffee plaza, a luggage room, and restrooms. There is a designated luggage storage area open from 6:30 AM to 9:30 PM. Tourist information staff are available at the service counter to assist with travel inquiries. There is also a ticket booth for Nanhai speedboat operators, and many yacht operators set up temporary stands outside the tourist center to sell speedboat tickets. Tourists and locals traveling to the smaller islands must use the Nanhai Pier for transportation, which experiences peak hours for speedboat departures and arrivals daily between 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. 【Recommended stay time】 0.5 hours.
