Keelung River Riverside Bicycle Path Introduction
Entering the riverside bike path from the Lin Antai evacuation gate on the left bank, visitors can see informative signs that record the history and rehabilitation stories of the Keelung River, allowing the public to learn about the long history of the river while engaging in recreational activities. Dajia Riverside Park is a newly created land formed from riverbed filling, offering expansive green lawns. In the western area, a Chengdu-style green park has been constructed, with the highlight being the waterfront park between Zhongshan Bridge and Dazhi Bridge. The landmark "Fountain of Hope" features a fan-shaped fountain reaching 25 stories high, showcasing a spectacular water dance and vibrant neon lights at night, making the riverside a colorful and lively place, beautifully complemented by the classical and glorious red architecture of the Grand Hotel Taipei in the background. It is undoubtedly the best spot for families, couples, and friends in the city to spend time together. If visitors enter from the Meiti evacuation gate on the right bank, they can also see patterns on the embankment telling the history of the Keelung River, which is equally dazzling. A night trip on the Keelung River offers views of the dazzling Ferris wheel and the night scenery of the Neihu Technology Park.
