Butterfly Inclusive Playground Introduction
The Taipei Flora Expo Art Park is Taipei City's first "large-scale inclusive children's playground," designed with the theme "Dancing with Butterflies." It features butterfly and caterpillar-shaped installations as highlights. The playground is divided into seven areas, including a sandpit area, a slide area, a climbing net area, a bug game wall area, a musical play area, a resting area, a swing area, and a twisting area. It is also equipped with the nation's first swing for wheelchair users, musical balls that emit beautiful sounds, joy drums and ringing tubes, rolling slides designed for children with physical disabilities, and interactive game walls designed with participation from young citizens (Source: Taipei City Government Public Works Department Park Lighting Engineering Management Office).
