Butterfly Play and Inclusive Playground Introduction
The Taipei Botanical Garden Art Park is the first large-scale inclusive children's playground in Taipei City, themed "Dancing with Butterflies." The playground features butterfly and caterpillar-shaped attractions as highlights, and is divided into seven areas: a sandpit area, slide area, climbing net area, insect-themed game wall area, music play area, rest area, swing area, and twister area. It also includes the country's first swing designed for wheelchair users, musical balls that emit wonderful tunes, joyful drums, and tinkling pipes, as well as roller slides and interactive game walls designed for children with disabilities to enhance their play experience (Source: Public Works Department, Taipei City Government).
