Taipei Children's Amusement Park Introduction
The Children's Amusement Park, developed by the Taipei City Government, covers an area of approximately 5 hectares and features amusement facilities, a free play area, and a children's theater managed by the If Children Theater Company, which offers exciting free performances on weekends. The Children's Amusement Park is a family-friendly attraction in the Taipei metropolitan area, featuring a total of 13 amusement facilities. In addition to brand new attractions such as the Fruit Ferris Wheel, Happy Bumper Cars, Ocean Mobilization (Musical Chariot), Little Flying Dragon (Dragon Phoenix Boat), Cosmic Spin (Radiation Flying Chairs), Galaxy Express (Mini Train), and Twirling Coffee Cups, it has added 6 fun and interesting rides compared to the Children's Recreation Center (Children's Amusement Park): Roller Coaster, Flying Bus, Free Fall, Pirate Ship, Spinning Airplane, and Merry-Go-Round. The Children's Amusement Park has four main features, including a consumption model that integrates the EasyCard. Visitors can enter the park and use the amusement facilities and some stores within the park by scanning their EasyCard, with additional EasyCard charging machines available for convenience. Visitors can enjoy the park with just one card. Furthermore, the park includes a food street, convenience store, souvenir shops, and 20 retail outlets. It also plans to establish an indoor parking lot for motorcycles and diverse indoor family play spaces (free play area, ball pit, and coin-operated gaming machines), allowing guests to have fun at the Children's Amusement Park regardless of weather conditions! To the north of the Children's Amusement Park is Jihhe Road alongside Shuangxi River, to the east is Jihhe Road next to Meilun Park, and to the south is Shishang Road adjacent to the Science Education Center. In the future, visitors can take the MRT to Jiantan Station or Shilin Station, and then transfer to a shuttle bus.
