Shilin Night Market is the largest night market in Taipei and a must-visit for foreign tourists in the city. Located near Jiantan MRT Station, it covers a vast area and can be divided into two main sections: one is the streets around the traditional Yang Ming Theatre, including the area around Daan Road's Ciyuan Temple; the other is the newly operated Shilin Market at No. 101, Jihe Road.
