Ruihou Bicycle Path Introduction
The Ruiko Bicycle Path is located in Ruifang District, New Taipei City. The starting point is from Ruifang Railway Station to Hohuan Station. This bicycle path, approximately 5 kilometers long, is built alongside the Keelung River and the Yilan Line railway. On one side, there's the railway where trains can be seen passing by frequently, while on the other side, there is the Keelung River, allowing riders to enjoy the stunning views of mountains and water. The path is mostly flat and is suitable for casual riders. The Ruiko bicycle route runs through Section 3 of Ming Deng Road in Ruifang, adjacent to the Yilan double-track railway, and includes the "New Gan Bridge," which crosses the Keelung River. This bridge is a scenic structure exclusively for pedestrians and bicycles, and it does not allow motor vehicles. It features many artistic depictions of miner's hand-pushed carts and has dynamic LED lighting that changes colors at night.
