Sijiao Pavilion Fort Introduction
The fort is located at the junction of Sijiaoting and Keelung, built during the Japanese colonial period, primarily for military defense purposes. Currently, only a few remnants of barracks and bunkers remain, with the barracks mostly consisting of crumbling brick walls, while the bunkers are made of stacked stone and are intertwined with tree roots. The New Taipei City Government has officially designated it as a Type III historic site.
