Lioulang Trail Introduction
The Liuliao Road Scenic Trail, located in Ruifang District, New Taipei City, is one of the routes of the Danlan Old Trail North. The entrance is next to Parking Lot No. 9. "Liuliao" is derived from the homophonic term "Liulong." This scenic trail is a renovated old path originally used by mountain residents to descend for shopping. In earlier years, mining and transport of goods utilized a flume track to help with the steep gradients in certain sections where human power was insufficient.
