Three-Weight Space Bicycle Path Introduction
"The name 'Three Caverns' comes from the Taiwanese pronunciation meaning 'three caves,' referring to the three railroad tunnels (Yuan Mountain No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 Tunnels) that are connected together. This newly developed bike path is located next to the Fuzhu Tunnel, alongside the Keelung River. The nearby river area was once known as Zhuzi Pond. Not far across the river is the famous Yuan Mountain Diversion Channel. You can also see the ancient Fuan Temple, a local earth god temple, above the inlet of the Yuan Mountain Diversion Channel. Due to its relatively remote location, it appears desolate and carries a sense of history. The stone walls at the tunnel's entrance are covered in green moss. The first two tunnels are short and bright, allowing for a leisurely stroll to appreciate the old brickwork within. Between the second and third tunnels, there is a small viewing platform with seating for resting. The third tunnel is longer and curved, making it a great place to enjoy a cool breeze while biking along the route."
