San Tie Cycling Path Introduction

The "three rails" refer to the High-Speed Rail, Taiwan Railway, and Bicycle. Starting from the Tianzhong High-Speed Rail Station, riders follow the Ba Fang Canal Trail, surrounded by flowing water and lush small-leaved Terminalia trees casting dappled shadows. In the next moment, one can enjoy the scenic views of Tianzhong’s rice paddies, with a gentle breeze rustling the rice fragrance. Upon reaching Ershui, the bike path runs closely alongside the railway, where the sound of trains rumbling can be heard—chasing trains is a unique characteristic of the area. Visitors can also explore Ershui Old Street and admire the historical architecture. The route is flat and features diverse scenery, perfect for families to enjoy a day of cycling amidst the rice fields at the foot of the mountains, experiencing the "three rails chasing the wind." ★The distance from Tianzhong to Ershui is approximately 17 kilometers. ★Bicycle rental locations: Ershui Railway Station front square - "Ershui Bicycles," High-Speed Rail Changhua Station - "Tianzhong Rice Station."
