Hsin He Chun Soy Sauce Pickling Factory is a century-old soy sauce establishment, founded in the fifth year of the Taisho era during the Japanese colonial period and has been passed down to the fourth generation. The walls are adorned with various certificates and business photographs from the colonial era that have been preserved to this day. This old shop follows traditional methods of dry fermentation, using high-quality black soybeans as raw materials. The production process does not include preservatives and takes 4 to 6 months of complex crafting to produce a rich and healthy soy sauce, with the prized product being the oil at the bottom of the pot.
