Xinhechun Soy Sauce Pickling Factory is a century-old soy sauce shop that has been passed down to the fourth generation since its establishment in the fifth year of the Taisho era during Japanese rule. The walls are adorned with various certificates and business photos from the Japanese colonial era that have been preserved to this day. The old shop follows traditional dry pure brewing methods, using high-quality black soybeans as raw materials. The production process does not involve any preservatives, and after a complex process lasting 4 to 6 months, it yields rich and healthy soy sauce, with the prized bottom oil being the shop's treasure.
