New He Chung Soy Sauce Pickled Goods Factory is a century-old soy sauce shop that has been passed down through four generations since its establishment in the fifth year of the Taisho era during the Japanese colonial period. The walls are adorned with various certificates and business photos from that time. The old shop adheres to traditional dry brewing methods, using high-quality black beans as raw materials, and does not add preservatives during the production process. After a complex process that takes 4 to 6 months, it produces rich and healthy soy sauce, with the shop's treasure being the oil from the bottom of the pot.
