Golden Cup Scenic Area Introduction
Jinzun offers a panoramic view of the coastline, including Jinzun Fishing Port, Baisha Bay Beach, and the nearby mountain canyon, allowing visitors to fully appreciate the stunning scenery. This area is known for being the only land-connecting island currently forming in Taiwan, resembling a wine cup, which is why it is named "Jinzun." It is also referred to as "Anchor Island" or "Anchor Reef" due to its shape resembling an anchor. Jinzun boasts a 3-kilometer long stretch of pure and charming beach, where travelers can head to the viewing rest area to enjoy the sea view and listen to the sound of the waves, feeling the picturesque charm of the white waves crashing against the shore up close. In winter, around November to December, visitors can go to Jinzun Fishing Port to admire the impressive skills of competitors in the International Surfing Open. After enjoying the soft sand of Jinzun Beach, one can return to the rest area to take a break and enjoy the distant view of Jinzun Land-Connecting Island, which is truly delightful and a great enjoyment of life.
