The crescent-shaped Yueli Bay is a natural small cove and was the earliest fishing port for fishermen from Qimei Island. Currently, only a small area on the south side has been developed into a simple "Yueli Port." The beach at Liyuan, consisting of white coral fragments, is not only the only swimming area in Qimei but also an excellent spot for snorkeling activities. Nearby, the basalt topography is highly developed, featuring spectacular and diverse columnar basalt formations in prone, radiating, and interlocking arrangements; coastal erosion features are also visible everywhere.

The crescent-shaped Moon Fish Bay is a natural small bay and was the earliest harbor for fishermen operating nearshore on Qimei Island. Currently, only a small area on the southern side has been developed into a simple "Moon Harbor." The beach at Moon Fish Bay, made of white coral fragments, is not only the only swimming area on Qimei but also has waters that are very suitable for snorkeling. The nearby basalt topography is well-developed, featuring spectacular and diverse columnar basalt formations in various positions and arrangements, as well as numerous sea erosion formations. Key activities include stargazing at night, evening barbecues during twilight, and afternoon snorkeling to admire the beautiful corals. This makes Moon Fish Bay the best camping area on Qimei, supported by complete surrounding facilities such as camping pavilions and restrooms.

Address：Yueli Bay Recreation Area, Qimei Township, Penghu County

Transportation Methods：1. The Yue Li Bay Recreational Area is located in Qimei Township, and you can choose to fly or take a ferry to Qimei Township. After arriving, you can choose to ride a scooter or take a tour bus to reach the area via County Road 43 from Nanhuh Port to Yue Li Bay Recreational Area. 2. If you choose to take a ferry, you need to take the Transportation Boat or a private speedboat (operates only during peak season) from the Nanhai Yacht Dock in the city area (25 Xinying Road) to reach there, with a travel time of approximately 70 minutes (the transportation boat takes about 2 hours). 3. If you choose to fly, daily flights by Dena Airlines operate between Magong, Qimei, and Kaohsiung.
