Double Heart Stone Weir Introduction
The stone fish traps, known as "Shihuh," are a testament to the wisdom of the ancestors. Built using basalt and coral reefs, these fishing traps have become a representative attraction of Penghu, with the romantic shape of the Double Heart Shihuh on Qimei Island attracting many couples. The Double Heart Shihuh is the most well-preserved stone fish trap in the Penghu area.
