Quas in Bunan language translates to Zeikudaing, meaning "big bend". The Chinese name is "土虱灣" (Tushawan). The flow of the Zhuoshui River spirals here, traversing the canyon to form a bay surrounded by peaks in a 180-degree arc, hence the name. The natural landscape is quite unique.
