Lishan Visitor Center Introduction
The Lishan Visitor Center, directly facing the Lishan Viewing Platform, was originally the "Qingxin Pavilion" of the Lishan Hotel, serving as a sales area for drinks and souvenirs. It showcases a traditional Chinese architectural style with red tiles, harmonizing beautifully with the blue sky and white clouds. Now transformed into a visitor center, it welcomes travelers with a statue of a young Atayal girl with open arms, running at the entrance. The Lishan Visitor Center offers diverse services such as travel consultations, Atayal clothing experiences, and basic medical assistance. Among its most striking features is the Wisteria Garden. Visitors can wander into this area adorned with hanging wisteria, where they can collect exclusive travel stamps related to Lishan and experience traditional Atayal attire for memorable photographs. The craft exhibition area displays handcrafted products created by local Atayal cultural creators, featuring exquisite totem bracelets and various woven items like bags. The area provides real-time information on the status of flowers and road conditions, ensuring a safe visit to Lishan’s attractions. Inside the exhibition area, tourists can learn about the natural beauty and cultural characteristics of the Lishan region, mainly showcasing the seasonal changes in Lishan's scenery, the Jesus Hall, and the Lishan Cultural Relics Exhibition Hall. A map of renowned attractions in the Lishan community is also available for precise itinerary planning, along with multilingual travel brochures in Chinese, English, and Japanese. If there are any immediate travel inquiries, such as transportation or flower conditions, friendly staff members are on hand to assist. The Lishan Visitor Center holds various activities periodically, where participants can engage in photo sessions and challenges, allowing them to not only create wonderful memories but also receive special gifts representative of Lishan.
