Lishan Visitor Center Introduction
The Lishan Visitor Center, located directly opposite the Lishan Viewing Platform, was originally the "Qingxin Pavilion" of the Lishan Hotel and served as a beverage and souvenir shop. It features a red-tiled Chinese architectural style that beautifully contrasts with the blue sky and white clouds. Now renovated into a visitor center, a statue of an Atayal girl with outstretched arms welcomes travelers at the entrance. The center offers a variety of services, including travel consultations, cultural experiences, and basic medical care. The most eye-catching feature is the wisteria garden, where visitors can enter a hanging wisteria display area, collect exclusive travel stamps related to Lishan, and experience traditional Atayal clothing, capturing unforgettable photos. The craft display area showcases handmade crafts created by local Atayal artisans, including exquisite totem bracelets and woven bags. In the attraction showcase area, visitors can learn about Lishan's natural beauty and cultural characteristics, featuring seasonal scenery, the Jesus Hall, and the Lishan Cultural Relics Exhibition Hall. There is also a map of popular attractions in the Lishan tribe to help plan your itinerary accurately, along with multilingual travel brochures in Chinese, English, and Japanese. If you have any immediate travel questions, such as about traffic conditions or flower situations, friendly staff are available to assist you. The Lishan Visitor Center will periodically hold events where participants can take photos and engage in challenges, allowing them to bring home lovely memories and special Lishan-themed gifts.
