Fengbo Plaza Introduction
The entrance of Fengbai Square in Ershui, Changhua, is equipped with a parking lot, restrooms, a stage, and facilities for children's recreation, as well as stone tables for resting. The surrounding ecology is rich, adjacent to several trails such as the Miao Qian Keng Trail, Keng Nei Keng Trail, and the popular Ershui Temple Trail. Commonly seen birds, butterflies, and wild macaques roam through the area, making it suitable for family outings and an ecological observation journey. There are signs and reminders throughout Fengbai Square urging visitors not to feed wildlife, as feeding not only causes macaques to lose their foraging abilities but also leads to aggressive behavior. To preserve the natural environment and the macaques' original way of life, it is important to adhere to the three principles of conservation: "no feeding, no contact, no disturbance." Keeping a proper distance to observe the macaques is a form of protection for both parties. For a leisurely hike in Ershui, it is recommended to park at Fengbai Square and take the Ershui Temple Trail to visit Shoutian Temple. Visitors can also experience the historical trade of agricultural products carried by local farmers. The Ershui Temple Trail is approximately 2.1 kilometers long, consisting of paved paths and steps, generally flat until the final steep section of the Moryu Lane steps, where Shoutian Temple is located nearby. After visiting the temple, visitors can also stroll through the century-old tea street and appreciate the charm of Songbai Changqing tea.
