San Yi Spring and Teh Soy Sauce Factory is a century-old soy sauce factory in Changhua, renowned for producing pure black soybean brewed Hu Di You. The Hu Di You they produce, even after being diluted, is still richer and purer than regular soy sauce. However, due to the next generation no longer focusing on soy sauce production and many of the equipment being damaged over time and by earthquakes, the soy sauce factory currently produces only a small amount of Hu Di You. Nevertheless, it opens its doors for visitors to learn about the brewing of Hu Di You, transforming it into an educational venue for ingredients, which also fulfills an important role in cultural heritage preservation.
