San Yi Spring and De Soy Sauce Shop is a century-old soy sauce factory in Changhua, known for producing pure black bean brewed "Hu Di Oil." The "Hu Di Oil" they produce is still richer and purer than regular soy sauce even after dilution. However, due to the younger generation no longer taking soy sauce as their main occupation, and many equipment being damaged over time and by earthquakes, the soy sauce shop currently has only a limited production of "Hu Di Oil." It is open to visitors for tours and explanations of the brewing process, transforming into an educational venue for ingredients, which also achieves important preservation work.
