Mount Dashan奇岩 (Dashan Strange Rock) Introduction
The huge rock peak at the top of Ta Mountain, also known as Gotō Rock, features distinct geological layering and sheer cliffs, forming unique and remarkable rock formations. Hikers can reach the viewing platform on the strange rock by taking the Ta Mountain trail from the nearby Sisters Pond. The panoramic view provides a comprehensive look at the surrounding scenery, allowing for an aerial view of the amusement area and the river landscape of the Alishan region. Visitors can also enjoy stunning sights of the sea of clouds and evening glow, as well as distant views of Yushan, Xiuguluan Mountain, and Duigaoyue.
