Bamboo Forest Leisure Agricultural Area Introduction
Zhulinh Leisure Agricultural Area is located next to the Nanheng Highway in Liugui District, at an elevation between 400 meters and 1300 meters. The climate is mild, and from the peak, one can enjoy panoramic views of the Central Mountain Range and overlook the gently flowing Baolai River. Especially during the winter and spring seasons, the orchard is filled with blooming plum and loquat trees, creating a breathtaking sea of flowers, making it feel like a paradise on earth. In the past, the local economy relied primarily on bamboo cultivation, producing bamboo shoots and dried bamboo shoots, which is the origin of the name "Zhulinh." In 2001, with the guidance and planning of the government, the "Zhulinh Leisure Agricultural Area" was established to promote leisure agriculture. In addition to plums and plum blossoms, the area offers different experiences in each season, making it a new emerging tourist destination. The suggested stay is about 1 hour. Please be cautious of the road conditions between Baolai and Zhulinh, and it is recommended to contact local farmers in advance to confirm your visit.
