Zhulun Leisure Agricultural Area Introduction
Zhulin Leisure Agricultural Area is located next to the Nanheng Highway in Liugui District, at an elevation ranging from 400 to 1300 meters. The climate is mild, and from the peaks, visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of the Central Mountain Range, as well as overlook the Babai River’s gentle flow. Especially during winter and spring, the area is filled with blooming plum and pear trees, creating a sea of flowers that makes one feel as if they have entered a utopia. Initially, the local economy focused on bamboo cultivation, producing bamboo shoots and dried bamboo shoots; the name "Zhulin" comes from this history. In 2001, under government guidance and planning, the "Zhulin Leisure Agricultural Area" was established to introduce leisure agriculture. The area is characterized by plums and plum blossoms, and visitors can experience different seasonal delights throughout the year, making it an emerging tourist destination. It is recommended to spend about an hour here, and due to poor road conditions between Baolai and Zhulin, please pay attention to driving safety and it is advisable to contact local farmers by phone in advance.
