Amidst the verdant park, Hsingan Branch has transformed into a vibrant pure white building with a chic artistic style, bringing a refreshing green essence to the bustling city. It features the local artist Wu Chien-yi's creation "Window Scenery of Sunny Days," which combines colorful collages with architectural structures to create a circular floral window view. This design adds depth to the space, allowing visitors to see the natural scenery of the park through the windows.
