Xing'an Branch Library (formerly Beitun Children's Library) is located in Beitun Children's Park. Amidst the lush greenery of the park, the Xing'an Branch has transformed into a vibrant pure white building, showcasing a stylish and artistic character that brings a refreshing touch to the busy city. It incorporates the work "Window View of Sunny Days" by local artist Wu Chien-yi, combining colorful collages with architectural structure to create a circular floral window view. This design adds depth to the space, allowing visitors to gaze at the natural landscapes of the park through the window. The transparent interface interacts with light, producing a changing play of shadows and light over time. The flow of time transforms into beautiful everyday scenery through blocks of color. Featuring a creation by local artist Wu Qianyi titled "Window View on a Sunny Day," the library combines colorful collage elements with architectural structures to create a circular flower-shaped window view.
