The Hsing-an Branch (originally the Beitun Children's Branch) is located in the Beitun Children's Park. It features the creation "Window View in Great Weather" by local artist Wu Chien-yi, which combines colorful collage elements with architectural structures to create a circular flower-shaped window view. The transparent interface and light produce changing shadow effects over time, with the passage of time transforming colorful blocks into beautiful daily scenery.
