Hsing-An Branch Library (originally Beitun Children’s Library) is located in Beitun Children’s Park. Surrounded by lush greenery, the Hsing-An Branch has transformed into a vibrant pure white building with a distinctive artistic style, bringing a refreshing touch of nature to the bustling city. It features the work “Window View” by local artist Wu Chien-Yi, which combines colorful collage elements with the architecture to create a round flower-shaped window view. This design adds depth to the space, allowing visitors to gaze at the natural landscape of the park. The transparent interface interacts with light, producing changing light and shadow effects over time. The flowing moments are transformed into beautiful everyday scenes through blocks of color.
