Qilin Mountain Forest Trail Introduction
Qilin Mountain Forest Trail, also known as Changqing Hiking Trail, is a less known hiking trail located behind the Zantian Temple and Puxing Temple in Tianzhong Township. The trail is approximately 1.4 kilometers long and mostly runs under Acacia trees. The elevation gain is not significant, and it can be walked in a loop, making it a walking trail suitable for families. The scenery along the Qilin Mountain Forest Trail is quite beautiful, especially along the ridge section, where you can enjoy views of the entire Tianzhong Township. The trail consists of several sections: the first section starts from Zantian Temple, connects to Puxing Temple, and then leads to a stairway that connects to the Changqing Bicycle Trail. The second section climbs stairs from the starting point to the highest picnic area. The third section runs along the ridge from the picnic area to a pavilion. The fourth section descends along a farm road back to the starting point and then follows the original trail downhill.
