Barefoot Elf Introduction

Once upon a time, a group of elves came to Monkey Tank in the Bagua Mountain range of Nantou City. They walked on the fertile red soil, planting pumpkins, sweet potatoes, pineapples, and more. At dawn and dusk, they trod on the red earth, with the sunset elongating their shadows and the red soil staining their feet. They are the beloved "Barefoot Elves" from legend... At an altitude of 488 meters in Monkey Tank, it is neither a high mountain nor downtown, but can be described as "neither mountain nor city." However, the scenery is beautiful, the residents are friendly, and the agricultural products are rich and of high quality. Since the emergence of the "Sky Bridge" in the summer of 2012, visitors from all over have been drawn to the mountains, marveling at the beauty. The "Barefoot Elves" have carefully developed artisanal wood-fired bread using local specialty ingredients, resulting in a unique flavor and superb texture. Paired with a cup of the local new star – cold brew "Red Earth Coffee," it is truly exceptional. We thoughtfully select the most natural ingredients locally and bake them in a traditional pumpkin-shaped wood-fired oven, without adding sugar, oil, or improvers. The bread is fermented and baked with meticulous craftsmanship, ensuring satisfaction for even the most discerning palates!
