Barefoot Elf Introduction

A long time ago, a group of elves arrived at the Monkey Mountain area of Nantou City, where they stepped on the fertile red soil to plant pumpkins, sweet potatoes, pineapples, and more. Each morning and evening, they walked on the red earth, their shadows elongated by the setting sun, with red soil staining their feet. They are the lovely "Barefoot Elves" of legend... At an altitude of 488 meters, Monkey Mountain is neither a high mountain nor a city area, described as "neither mountain nor city." However, its beautiful scenery, friendly residents, and rich, high-quality agricultural products make it unique. When the "Sky Bridge" was established in the summer of 2012, tourists from all over came to the mountains in admiration. The "Barefoot Elves" carefully developed wood-fired oven-baked bread using local specialties, offering a unique flavor and excellent texture. Paired with a cup of local celebrity—ice drip "Red Soil Coffee"—it is truly exceptional. We meticulously select the most natural ingredients from the local area, baking in a traditional pumpkin-shaped wood-fired stone oven without adding sugar, oil, or any additives. The dough is carefully fermented and baked, ensuring every discerning palate is satisfied!
