Barefoot Spirit Introduction

Once upon a time, a group of fairies arrived at Monkey Mountain in Nantou City. They walked on fertile red soil, planting pumpkins, sweet potatoes, pineapples, and more. Every dawn and dusk, they walked on the red soil, with the sunset stretching their shadows and the red soil staining their feet. They are the adorable "Barefoot Fairies" of legend... At an elevation of 488 meters, Monkey Mountain is neither a high mountain nor in the city, but it can be described as "neither mountain nor city." However, the scenery is beautiful, the residents are friendly, and the agricultural produce is abundant and of high quality. Since the "Sky Bridge" was established in the summer of 2012, tourists from all over have come to the mountain, amazed by its charm. The "Barefoot Fairies" carefully develop artisan bread baked in traditional wood-fired ovens using local specialties, offering unique flavors and exceptional texture. Paired with a cup of the locally emerging star—cold brew "Red Soil Coffee"—it is nothing short of extraordinary. We thoughtfully select the most natural local ingredients and bake them in a traditional pumpkin-shaped wood-fired stone oven, without adding sugar, oil, or any additives. Each loaf of bread is crafted with care, through slow fermentation and baking, to satisfy even the most discerning palates!
