Barefoot Elf Introduction

A long, long time ago, a group of elves arrived at Monkey Exploration Well in the Bagua Mountain range of Nantou City. They trod on fertile red soil, planting pumpkins, sweet potatoes, pineapples, and more. At dawn and dusk, as their feet touched the red earth, the setting sun elongated their shadows, and the red soil stained their feet. They are the adorable "Barefoot Elves" from legend... At an altitude of 488 meters, Monkey Exploration Well is neither a high mountain nor in the city; it can be described as "neither mountain nor city." However, the scenery is beautiful, the residents are friendly, and the agricultural products are abundant and of high quality. After the "Sky Bridge" was born in the summer of 2012, tourists from all over came to the mountains and were greatly amazed. The "Barefoot Elves" carefully developed unique wood-fired oven breads using local specialties, creating exquisite flavors and textures, best paired with a cup of the local star—Ice Drip "Red Soil Coffee." We meticulously select the most natural local ingredients and bake in an old-fashioned pumpkin-shaped wood-fired stone oven, without adding sugar, oil, or additives. The bread is fermented and baked with great care and attention to detail, ensuring that every discerning palate is satisfied!
