Barefoot Elf Introduction

Once upon a time, a group of fairies arrived at Monkey Spring in the Bagua Mountain Range of Nantou City. They trod on the fertile red soil, planting pumpkins, sweet potatoes, pineapples, and more. Every morning and evening, they walked on the red earth, with the sunset elongating their shadows and the red soil staining their feet. They are known as the adorable "Barefoot Fairies" in legend... At an elevation of 488 meters, Monkey Spring is neither a high mountain nor in the city, making it a place that is "neither mountain nor city." However, the scenery is beautiful, the residents are friendly, and the agricultural products are rich and of high quality. Since the "Sky Bridge" was built in the summer of 2012, tourists from all over have come to visit, amazed by the experience. The "Barefoot Fairies" carefully developed wood-fired baked bread from local specialties, which has a unique flavor and excellent texture. Paired with a cup of local star - cold brew "Red Soil Coffee," it is truly exceptional. We thoughtfully select the most natural local ingredients and bake them in a traditional pumpkin-shaped wood-fired stone oven, without adding sugar, oil, or any preservatives. Through a meticulous and slow process of fermentation and baking, we ensure that every discerning palate is satisfied!
