Barefoot Elf Introduction

A long time ago, a group of elves arrived at Monkey Exploring Well in the Bagua Mountain Range of Nantou City. They planted pumpkins, sweet potatoes, pineapples, and more with their feet on the fertile red soil. Every morning and evening, they walked on the red earth, with the sunset casting long shadows, turning their feet red. They are the lovely "Barefoot Elves" of legend... At an altitude of 488 meters in Monkey Exploring Well, it is neither a high mountain nor part of the city; it can be described as "neither mountain nor city." However, the scenery is beautiful, the residents are friendly, and the agricultural products are abundant and of high quality. After the "Sky Bridge" was established in midsummer 2012, tourists from all over began to flock to the mountain, awe-inspired by its charm. The "Barefoot Elves" have meticulously developed wood-fired baked bread using local specialties, offering a unique flavor and exquisite texture. Paired with a cup of local star - ice drip 'Red Earth Coffee,' it is simply unparalleled. We carefully select the most natural local ingredients and bake them in a traditional pumpkin-shaped wood-fired stone oven, without adding sugar, oil, or preservatives. With a dedicated slow fermentation and baking process, we ensure that even the most discerning palate will be satisfied!
