Chishui Cape Trail Introduction
Originally a road linking Tianzhong in Changhua and Mingjian in Nantou, it has now become a hiking trail connecting Beitian Temple in Tianzhong Township, Changhua County. The surrounding river valleys and forests form a linear recreational area known as Chishuiqi Park. The trail is approximately 1.2 kilometers long, featuring a gently sloping shaded path, with only the branch path to Beitian Temple being steep stairs. Benches and pavilions are set along the route for visitors to rest and enjoy the scenery, as well as look for insects and wildlife. Upon reaching Beitian Temple, visitors can overlook the lush forests and the urban landscape of Tianzhong, and the temple provides drinking water and public restrooms (which may vary due to pandemic influences). Additionally, there are several food stalls at the end of the trail, making it very suitable for public leisure hiking. Trail length: 1.24 kilometers. Walking time: 0.7 hours. Facilities include: Chishuiqi Park parking lot (motorcycles, small cars, large buses), benches, pavilions, and information boards.
