Chishui Cape Trail Introduction
The trail, which originally served as a connecting road between Tianzhong in Changhua and Mingjian in Nantou, has now become a hiking path linking Beitian Temple in Tianzhong Township, Changhua County. It is surrounded by river valleys and forests, forming a linear recreational area known as Chishuitaki Park. The trail is approximately 1.2 kilometers long, with a gentle slope throughout, except for a steep staircase that diverges to the path leading to Beitian Temple. Along the trail, there are benches and pavilions for visitors to rest, enjoy the forest scenery, and look for insects and wild birds. Upon reaching Beitian Temple, visitors can overlook the lush forest and the cityscape of Tianzhong Township. The temple also provides drinking water and public restrooms (subject to change due to the pandemic). Additionally, there are several food stalls at the end of the trail, making it a great spot for leisure hiking. Trail length: 1.24 kilometers. Walking time: 0.7 hours. Facilities: Chishuitaki Park parking lot (scooters, cars, buses), benches, pavilions, and information boards.
