Daliao (Dafu) Fishing Port Introduction
Daliao (Dafuk) Fishing Port is located on the coast east of Dafuk Village on Liuqiu Island, and it is the second fishing port of Xiaoliuqiu. The purpose of establishing this port was to serve as an auxiliary port to other ports. In the past, fishing rafts frequently encountered disputes due to being bumped by fishing boats in the harbor, thus this port was developed to reduce fishermen's damages. On the other hand, it alleviated the shipping throughput at Baisha Port and provided an optimal area for fishing boats to rest and seek shelter from the wind. Currently, it also serves as a ferry terminal for trips between Donggang and Xiaoliuqiu.
