Kinmen Stone Sculpture Park Introduction
On the southern bank of the Wujiang River estuary, the park is scattered with many large sculptures by famous artists, all created using the unique granite of Wudao. The works present the rich cultural sentiments of Kinmen through three main themes: local land, sharpness, and historical trajectories. The park also features a small bridge, flowing water, and the Boyu Pavilion commemorating General Hu Lian, surrounded by the "Jinshi Wall" and "Doctor Wall" engraved with the names of scholars who have achieved success in the imperial examinations throughout history, as well as those who have received doctoral honors both domestically and internationally, testifying to the talent and spirit of the island.
