Ronghu Introduction
The Lake is an artificial lake created by the diversion of the Jinsha River, built in 1972. It is one of the five major lakes in Kinmen. The lakeside is lined with windbreak forests and features pavilions and arches, among which the Dongmei Pavilion, dedicated to the philosophical master Fang Dongmei, and the Huxiao Bridge spanning the center of the lake are the most prominent. On the southern shore at Houchuitou, there is a famous Wind Lion God statue, characterized by its large eyes and wide mouth, which has a charming simplicity.
