Gugang Lake Scenic Area Introduction
Gugang Lake Scenic Area is located in the southwestern corner of Jincheng Township. Gugang Lake is currently the only natural lake remaining in Kinmen, surrounded by Liang Mountain, Hong Mountain, and Damao Mountain, creating a green embrace. The willows by the lakeside sway gently in the wind, and the Chinese Crested Tern, a bird not found on Taiwan Island, often forages on the lawns. The area is also a gathering place for various waterbirds. The beautiful scenery of Gugang Lake allows visitors to calm their minds, making it a perfect spot for children to run and play on the grass, or for leisurely afternoon strolls and exploring Gugang Tower, all of which provide great travel experiences.
