The materials we use for creation include resin clay, soft ceramic clay, and nylon thread. During the teaching process, we never forget to create; our clay molding work "Family Safety" won a craftsmanship award at the Taoyuan Art Exhibition, and our knot art piece "Summer Sentiment" received a first-class award at the Chinese Knot Art Competition. • The studio is adjacent to the Taoyuan Hakka Cultural Center. In recent years, we have responded to the Hakka Affairs Council's initiative of "Deepening Culture, Revitalizing Industry, Promoting Tourism, and Activating Hakka Villages," working hard to incorporate the image of the Tonghua (Paulownia flower) into tangible products. In March 2009, we exhibited over 100 creations of Tonghua art at the cultural center, which received enthusiastic feedback. This collection was compiled into a book that was funded for publication by the Hakka Affairs Council as an excellent publication. We have since completed the commercialization of several products; the "Lian Lian Tonghua Qu" product series includes essential mirror compact cases, folding mirrors, and business card holders for office workers, as well as earrings and necklaces favored by elegant ladies, all of which are currently bestsellers.
