Baseball Hall of Fame Introduction
The Baseball Hall of Fame features a unique baseball-shaped structure with a diameter of 32 meters, making it one of the largest spherical buildings in Asia and the most iconic baseball hall of fame museum in Taiwan. Inside, it showcases artifacts from enshrined players and significant items from Taiwan's baseball history, allowing visitors to experience the glory and exciting moments of the sport through the exhibits. The main display features artifacts related to the inductees, and after its establishment, important items from Taiwan's baseball development history were included in the exhibition, enabling the public to not only understand the contributions of hall of fame inductees to Taiwanese baseball but also to learn about Taiwan's century-long baseball history through the exhibition. The permanent exhibition of the Baseball Hall of Fame overturns the common perception of museum artifact displays, focusing on the evolution of baseball culture, the science of baseball, baseball experiences, and even the social history of baseball. The dazzling interactive baseball games ensure that even those who know nothing about baseball can have a great time. The museum also features a two-story area that combines Snoopy and baseball; these beloved characters attract both adults and children, helping them understand baseball through Snoopy’s role, which adds a human touch and warmth. Special exhibitions further enhance and deepen the content related to Taiwan's professional baseball, helping seasoned fans or foreigners gain a better understanding of Taiwanese baseball. The base of the sphere serves as a solemn auditorium for ceremonies, events, and speeches. Recommended visit: take the elevator to the seventh floor and stroll down. A quick visit will take at least 35 minutes, but those who savor the experience may spend an entire day! Source: Baseball Hall of Fame
