Baseball Hall of Fame Introduction
The Baseball Hall of Fame building features a unique spherical design with a diameter of 32 meters, making it one of the largest spherical structures in Asia and the most iconic baseball museum in Taiwan. Inside, it showcases artifacts related to the Hall of Fame inductees and important relics from Taiwan's baseball history, allowing visitors to experience the glory and exciting moments of the sport through the exhibitions. The museum primarily displays items related to Hall of Fame inductees, and after its establishment, it incorporated significant artifacts from the history of Taiwan's baseball development into its exhibitions. This enables attendees to not only understand the contributions of the Hall of Fame members to Taiwanese baseball but also learn about the century-long history of baseball in Taiwan. The permanent exhibition at the Baseball Hall of Fame challenges the common perception of museum displays by emphasizing the evolution of baseball culture, the science of baseball, baseball experiences, and even the social history of baseball. With a variety of interactive baseball games, even those with no knowledge of the sport can enjoy themselves thoroughly. The museum also features two floors combined with characters from Snoopy and baseball, attracting both adults and children. Visitors can learn about baseball through these charming characters, adding a personal touch to the experience. Temporary exhibitions further enhance the content regarding Taiwan's professional baseball, providing seasoned fans or foreigners with a deeper understanding of Taiwanese baseball. The base of the sphere serves as a solemn auditorium for ceremonies, events, and lectures. It is recommended to take the elevator to the seventh floor and then walk down. A quick visit will take around 35 minutes, but those who want to savor the experience can easily spend an entire day! Source: Baseball Hall of Fame
