Baseball Hall of Fame Introduction
The Baseball Hall of Fame features a unique spherical design with a diameter of 32 meters, making it one of the largest spherical buildings in Asia and the most iconic baseball hall of fame exhibition hall in Taiwan. Inside, it displays artifacts related to inductees of the Hall of Fame and significant items from Taiwan’s baseball development history, allowing visitors to experience the glory and excitement of the sport through the exhibits. The exhibition primarily showcases artifacts related to past inductees, and after its establishment, important items regarding the history of baseball in Taiwan have been included, enabling visitors to understand the contributions of Hall of Fame members to Taiwanese baseball, as well as to gain insight into Taiwan's century-long baseball history through the exhibitions. The permanent exhibition of the Baseball Hall of Fame subverts the general public's imagination of museums filled with artifacts, focusing on the evolution of baseball culture, the science of baseball, baseball experiences, and even the social history of baseball. The dazzling interactive baseball games allow visitors to have fun even if they know nothing about the sport. The museum also features a two-story area combining Snoopy and baseball, making adorable characters appealing to both adults and children, allowing them to learn about baseball through the characters of Snoopy, which adds a sense of humanity and warmth. Special exhibitions further enhance the understanding of Taiwanese professional baseball for both seasoned fans and foreigners.
