In 2015, the Golden Restaurant in Taoyuan City upheld the spirit of excellent service, creating a garden-style restaurant filled with warmth in the heartwarming area of Longtan District, Taoyuan City. The signature dish "A-Tai Hakka Pork Trotters" has won recognition as one of the Top Ten Souvenirs in Taoyuan's Fourth Session. This dish, which has been lost for a century in Taiwanese Hakka cuisine, is named "A-Tai (Hakka dialect: great-grandparents) Hakka Pork Trotters." It is made using a traditional recipe passed down by a centenarian, featuring natural red yeast and is carefully prepared without any added preservatives. The dish is vacuum-sealed to ensure it remains delicious, fragrant, tender, and easy to enjoy, making it an excellent choice for quick dining.
