Sheng Sheng Yuan Cuisine Introduction
In 2015, the Golden Medal Store in Taoyuan City, driven by a service-oriented spirit, developed a garden-style restaurant in the people-oriented area of Longtan District, Taoyuan City. The signature dish "Ah Tai Hakka Pork Trots" from the store has won the title of one of the Top Ten Souvenirs in Taoyuan in its fourth edition. This dish, a lost culinary treasure in Taiwanese Hakka cuisine for over a century, is named "Ah Tai" (meaning great-grandparents in Hakka). It is carefully crafted using a secret multi-flavor recipe passed down by a centenarian along with natural red yeast. The preparation process does not include any preservatives, and it is vacuum packaged to ensure its delicious aroma and tender, non-greasy texture, making it an excellent choice for quick and tasty meals.
