In 2015, the award-winning restaurant located in the vibrant area of Longtan District, Taoyuan City, was established with a spirit of superior service. This garden-style restaurant embodies a warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant's signature dish, "Ah Tai Hakka Pork Knuckles," was awarded one of the Top Ten Souvenirs in Taoyuan during its fourth edition. This dish represents a century-old lost culinary tradition in Hakka cuisine in Taiwan. Named "Ah Tai" (meaning great-grandparents in Hakka), it is prepared using a secret recipe passed down from a centenarian and natural red yeast. The dish is meticulously crafted without any preservatives, and vacuum-sealed to ensure delicious flavor and a soft, chewy texture that is quick and convenient to enjoy.
