In 2015, the Golden Award-winning restaurant in Taoyuan City, adhering to a spirit of exceptional service, created a garden-style dining experience in the warm and friendly area of Longtan District. The signature dish, "A Tai Hakka Pork Knuckle," from the restaurant, won an award in the Fourth Taoyuan Top Ten Souvenirs. This dish, a lost delicacy of Hakka cuisine in Taiwan for over a century, is named "A Tai" (Hakka term for great-grandparents) and is prepared using a traditional recipe passed down from a centenarian and natural red yeast. The dish is meticulously crafted without any preservatives and vacuum sealed to ensure its delightful flavor, tender texture, and quick serving, making it a top-notch dish to savor.
