Sheng Sheng Yuan Cuisine Introduction
In 2015, the Golden Badge Restaurant in Taoyuan City adheres to the spirit of service excellence and has created a garden-style restaurant in the warm and friendly neighborhood of Longtan District. The restaurant's signature dish, "A-Tai Hakka Pork Trotters," was awarded as one of the top ten souvenirs in Taoyuan during its fourth edition. This dish represents a lost culinary treasure of Hakka cuisine in Taiwan for over a century. Named "A-Tai" (which means great-grandparents in Hakka), this dish is made using a time-honored recipe passed down from a centenarian, along with natural red yeast. It is carefully prepared without any preservatives and vacuum-sealed to ensure its exquisite flavor, tender texture, and quick consumption, making it a top-quality delicacy.
