This dish represents a lost delicacy in Taiwanese Hakka cuisine that had been forgotten for a century. Named "A-Tai (Hakka: great-grandparents) Hakka Pork Knuckle," it is meticulously prepared using the multi-flavor secret recipe passed down from a "centenarian" and natural red yeast, without any preservatives added during the process. The dish is vacuum sealed to ensure its delicious flavor and fragrant aroma, offering a tender and succulent dish that is quick and easy to enjoy.
