The restaurant’s signature dish, "Ah Tai Hakka Pork Knuckle," has won the Fourth Taoyuan Top Ten Souvenirs award. This dish is a treasured flavor of Hakka cuisine that was lost for over a century in Taiwan. Named "Ah Tai" (meaning great-grandparents in Hakka), it is crafted using a celebrated recipe passed down from centenarians and natural red yeast. The dish is prepared with care, free from any preservatives, and vacuum-sealed to ensure its delightful flavor, tender texture, and easy consumption, making it an exquisite culinary highlight.
