Taoyuan Hakka Cultural Museum Introduction
The Taoyuan City Hakka Cultural Center is located in the Longtan District of Taoyuan City. It opened exhibition halls to the public starting in March 2008 and officially commenced full operations in August 2008 in conjunction with the Taoyuan City Hakka Cultural Festival. The center promotes Hakka literature and music as its core, combining dynamic and static displays, Hakka performing arts, and cultural imagery to promote Hakka arts and culture through diverse forms, showcasing the Hakka spirit and ensuring the sustainable promotion and transmission of Hakka culture. Currently, the Hakka Cultural Center has exhibition halls including the Hakka Cultural Hall, Hakka Music Hall, special exhibition room, audio-visual data room, visitor service center, and parent-child exploration hall. Facilities available for rental include the performance hall, audiovisual presentation room, and front plaza. The outdoor space features the Sunny Flower Holiday Plaza, Grass Music Plaza, rear ecological park, sandpit play area, Bokong Cultural Blessing Area, and children's play area.
