Taoyuan Hakka Cultural Museum Introduction
The Taoyuan City Hakka Culture Park is located in the Longtan District of Taoyuan City. It began opening exhibition halls to the public in March 2008 and officially commenced full operation in August 2008 in conjunction with the Taoyuan Hakka Culture Festival. The park focuses on promoting Hakka literature and music, integrating dynamic and static displays, Hakka performing arts, and cultural imagery. Through various forms, it promotes Hakka arts and culture, showcasing the Hakka spirit, ensuring sustainable promotion, and passing it down to future generations. Currently, the open exhibition halls include the Hakka Culture Museum, Hakka Music Museum, special exhibition room, audio-visual materials room, visitor service center, and parent-child exploration hall. Venues available for rental include the performance hall, audio-visual presentation room, and front plaza. Outdoor spaces include the Sunflower Holiday Plaza, Grass Music Plaza, rear ecological park, sandbox play area, Bogu Cultural Blessing Area, and children's play area. (Source: Hakka Affairs Council)
