The Longtan branch is three stories high, but only divided into two levels, providing a spacious atmosphere for guests. Located by Longtan Lake, resembling a small West Lake in Taiwan, it offers a high-quality dining environment. The restaurant is very bright and has simple, elegant decorations. Dayangmei Goose Restaurant has three signature dishes that never go out of style, almost becoming a must-try for every visitor, with the highest ordering rates being their signature goose, rice noodles, and Hakka braised bamboo shoots. The signature free-range goose, considered the treasure of the restaurant, is selected from mature geese aged 90 to 100 days, cooked in a unique way, resulting in tender and juicy meat, paired with a special Hakka tangerine sauce.
