At every stage of life, from infants and developing teenagers to adult women and seniors, fresh milk serves as an essential source of nutrition. A survey commissioned by the Department of Health and conducted by Academia Sinica titled "2001-2002 Nutritional Status of Elementary School Students" indicated that most elementary school students have unhealthy eating habits, leading to nutritional imbalances, particularly a significant deficiency in calcium and dietary fiber intake. Guangquan Company recognizes that proper dietary knowledge must be taught from a young age, instilling correct awareness in school-aged children. Therefore, they have designed an "outdoor teaching" program, hoping that through this course design, children can personally visit a farm and a fresh milk production factory, transforming the knowledge from textbooks into positive life experiences. This will be supplemented with daily awareness campaigns in schools to gradually shape correct and healthy eating habits.
