Chuan Xiang Restaurant Introduction

Stepping into Chuanxiang Cuisine located on Yiyong Street in Bade District, you are greeted by the fragrant aroma of glutinous rice, reminiscent of your grandmother's traditional kitchen. The owner hopes to use classic street food as a call to carry on the delicious memories of the past. In present-day Taiwan, it's quite convenient to find food; there's a small snack stall on one side and a noodle shop on the other. However, it’s not so easy to find good dishes made with traditional craftsmanship. Chuanxiang Cuisine is different from regular snack noodle shops, as it focuses on the sticky rice sausage that the middle-aged generation used to enjoy while watching shows at the temple, bringing everyone back to their youthful days through food.
