Zhongli Night Market - Crazy Sushi Introduction
In the 2016 Starry Night Market Project - Night Market Creative Food Award, the owner, inspired by a friend's sushi, aspired to become a sushi chef. He sought to learn how to make delicious sushi from his friend, but the friend kept delaying, not even sharing the recipe for basic vinegared rice. Undeterred, the owner researched how to create perfectly separated grains of vinegared rice. Combining this with his unique seared creations, he gained recognition from a Japanese master and began operating at the Zhongli Tourist Night Market. His self-developed seared cheese sushi has received rave reviews, with the bright yellow cheese wrapping around the sushi rice, allowing the owner to confidently state that this sushi is an exclusive delicacy available only at the Zhongli Tourist Night Market.
