Zhongli Tourist Night Market - Crazy Sushi Introduction
In the 2016 Starry Night Market project, the owner of the creative food award in the night market was inspired to become a sushi chef after trying sushi made by a friend. He sought to learn how to make delicious sushi but found his friend always postponing and never revealing even the basic vinegar rice recipe. Undeterred, the owner researched how to create distinct grains of vinegar rice on his own. With his unique seared sushi creation and recognition from a Japanese chef, he began operating at the Zhongli Night Market. His self-developed seared cheese sushi has received great acclaim, with the vibrant yellow of the cheese wrapping around the sushi rice, leading the owner to confidently state that this sushi is a delicious dish exclusively sold at the Zhongli Night Market.
