Yunnan Restaurant Introduction
The rice noodles at Yunnan Bistro are made from raw rice. Selected indigenous rice is soaked in water and then ground into rice paste. This paste is then clarified, poured into molds, and steamed to perfection. The broth that accompanies the rice noodles is a rich stock made from simmering pig bones and chicken bones together. This broth not only carries the aroma of animal fats but also combines the sweetness of the pork bones and the freshness of the chicken bones, resulting in a flavorful and layered soup. The slippery rice noodles, fully infused with the broth, are topped with a variety of ingredients such as shredded meat, pig liver, fried eggs, and scallions, making it a dish that is irresistible and keeps you coming back for more.
