Originally, due to his wide circle of friends and hospitality, Boss Liu often invited friends over to his home, and entertaining guests naturally involved providing meals. Later, friends suggested that he open a restaurant, so Boss Liu started with simple roasted chicken and a few dishes. Unexpectedly, the excellent flavors attracted more and more customers, leading him to fully dedicate himself to the restaurant business.
