The owner mentioned that the restaurant's interior has been updated several times over the past twenty years, yet one piece of furniture remains unchanged: the large cabinet on the back wall, handcrafted by the original owner when starting the business. This reflects Mr. Hsu Chen-Piao's appreciation for and filial piety towards the hard work of his father in starting the business.
