He-Xing Youth Innovation Base is located behind the He-Xing Police Station on Zhongshan Road in Lukang Township, Changhua County. It consists of 8 buildings and covers an area of approximately 1,377 square meters. The base retains a wooden structure from the Japanese colonial period and a pair of pebble stone columns. Standing on the second-floor sky bridge allows for a clear appreciation of the beauty of the ancient brick walls, serving as an important memory for many Lukang residents. Walking through the base feels like stepping into a time tunnel, returning to the beautiful old days. To assist young people in staying or returning home for entrepreneurship, the He-Xing Youth Innovation Base has been managed by Yuzhenzhai He-Xing Co., Ltd. using the OT method since February 21, 2023.
