The He-Xing Youth Innovation Base is located in the Lu-Kang Township of Changhua County, behind the He-Xing Police Station on Zhongshan Road. It consists of 8 buildings, covering an area of approximately 1,377 square meters. The base preserves wooden structures from the Japanese colonial period and a pair of gravel pillars. Standing on the second-floor bridge offers a clear view of the beautiful old wall, which holds significant memories for many locals in Lu-Kang. Walking through the base feels like stepping into a time tunnel, returning to the lovely old days. To assist youth in staying or returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship, the He-Xing Youth Innovation Base has entrusted Yu-Zhen Zhai He-Xing Co., Ltd. to operate under an OT model since February 21, 2023. By bringing in private sector management experience, the base aims to enhance market marketing, build brand visibility for young entrepreneurs, and attract the public to experience their creativity and dynamism.
