Zhushan Sweet Potato Roasting Oven Farm Introduction
Reflecting on the joy of traditional brick oven cooking from my childhood inspired the creation of this concept: “Brick Oven Farm.” In today's prosperous society, with land development and construction, we've lost the feeling of rural life we experienced when we were young. The “Zhongshan Sweet Potato Brick Oven Farm” allows you to reconnect with that rural ambiance while educating children about the joys of natural living. The farm is located near the National Taiwan University Experimental Forest Xiaoping Tropical Botanical Garden, the Xiaping Cycling Path, the Xiaping Suspension Bridge, and the Sanjie Temple, offering a variety of recreational activities that bring you closer to nature. It features spacious karaoke facilities, a sweet potato farming area, and children's play areas.
