Tea Two Fingers - Tea Industry Story Museum Introduction

"To bring Taiwan tea to the world" has been Chang Shun's management philosophy for a century. Through the establishment of the "Tea Two-Finger Story Museum," we hope to embody Taiwan's unique warmth and humanity, showcasing the deep familial love reflected in filial piety, as well as Taiwan's traditional tea culture and pioneering spirit. With over a hundred years of tea production, Chang Shun began selling hand figures this year, aiming to create a new chapter for Taiwan's tea industry. Taiwan's Two-Finger Tea is a story of tea-making adventures. Back then, I was an eight-year-old boy, unknowing of the world. Influenced by my elders' love for brewing tea, I embarked on a long and astonishing journey with tea. To create a strong flavor suitable for an eight-year-old's palate, I experimented with roasting methods and tried to shorten the roasting time. However, due to my unfamiliarity with the machinery, I accidentally severed my left middle finger and ring finger. Thus, the remaining eight fingers allowed me to live normally; the two fingers I dedicated to tea became my lifelong mark of striving to make good tea.
