Tea Two Finger - Tea Industry Story Museum Introduction
"To bring Taiwanese tea to the world" has been Changshun's business philosophy for over a century. Through the establishment of the "Tea Two Finger Story Museum," we hope to embody Taiwan's unique warmth and humanity, showcasing the rich legacy of paternal relationship, as well as the traditional tea culture and innovative spirit of Taiwan. Changshun has been making tea for over a hundred years and, starting this year, we are selling finger tea, hoping to open a new chapter for the Taiwanese tea industry. Taiwanese Two Finger Tea - a tea-making adventure story. Looking back to when I was an eight-year-old boy, influenced by the love of tea from my elders, I embarked on a long and wonderful journey with tea. In order to create a concentration that fits the taste buds of an eight-year-old, I attempted to research tea roasting methods, focusing on shortening the roasting time. However, unfamiliar with the operation of the machine, I accidentally severed my left middle and ring fingers. Thus, the remaining eight fingers allowed me to continue living as usual; the two fingers dedicated to tea became my lifelong mark of effort in making good tea.
