Tea Two Fingers - Tea Industry Story Museum Introduction
"Bringing Taiwanese tea to the world" has been Chang Shun's business philosophy for over a century. Through the establishment of the "Tea Two Fingers Story Museum," we hope to embody the unique warmth of Taiwanese human relations and showcase the rich familial love in the inheritance of traditions, as well as Taiwan's traditional tea culture and pioneering spirit. Chang Shun has been manufacturing tea for more than a hundred years, and this year we began selling finger tea, aiming to create a new chapter for Taiwan's tea industry. Taiwanese Two Finger Tea - a journey of tea-making adventure transports us back in time when I was an eight-year-old boy. Influenced by my elders' love for tea, I embarked on a long and amazing journey with tea. To create a concentration suitable for the taste buds of an eight-year-old, I attempted to study the roasting method and focused on shortening the roasting time. However, due to my unfamiliarity with the machine's operation, an accident resulted in the loss of my left middle finger and ring finger. Thus, the remaining eight fingers allowed me to continue living normally; the two fingers devoted to tea became my lifelong mark of dedication to making good tea.
