Tea No.2 - Tea Industry Story Museum Introduction
"Bringing Taiwanese tea to the world" has been Chang Shun's management philosophy for a century. Through the establishment of the "Tea Two Finger Story Museum," we hope to embody Taiwan's unique warmth, showcase the deep affection of familial traditions, as well as the traditional tea ceremony culture and pioneering spirit of Taiwan. Chang Shun has been making tea for over a hundred years, and this year we began selling finger teas, aiming to create a new chapter for the Taiwanese tea industry. Taiwan's Two Finger Tea - an adventurous story of tea making. Looking back to when I was an eight-year-old boy, influenced by the love for tea from my elders, I embarked on a long and amazing journey with tea. To create a flavor suitable for an eight-year-old's palate, I tried researching tea roasting methods, focusing on shortening the roasting time. However, due to my unfamiliarity with the machine's operation, an accident resulted in the loss of my left middle finger and ring finger; therefore, the remaining eight fingers allowed me to live as usual. The two fingers dedicated to tea became the mark of my lifelong effort to make good tea.
