Tea Two Finger - Tea Industry Story Museum Introduction
"Bringing Taiwanese tea to the world" has been Chang Shun's business philosophy for over a century. Through the establishment of the "Tea Two Fingers Story Museum," we hope to embody Taiwan's unique warmth and showcase the deep familial love that is part of our heritage, as well as the traditional tea culture and pioneering spirit of Taiwan. Chang Shun has been in the tea production industry for over a hundred years, and this year we began selling finger teas, aiming to create a new chapter for the Taiwanese tea industry. Taiwan's Two Fingers Tea – a journey of tea production adventure. Looking back to when I was an eight-year-old boy, influenced by the love of tea shared by my elders, I embarked on a long and wondrous journey with tea. To create a brew that matches the palate of an eight-year-old, I experimented with roasting tea and focused on shortening the roasting time. However, due to my unfamiliarity with the equipment, an accident resulted in the loss of my left middle and ring fingers. Therefore, with the remaining eight fingers, I continued to live my life as usual, while my two fingers dedicated to tea became a lifelong mark of my commitment to producing great tea.
