Cha Er Zhi - Tea Industry Story Museum Introduction
"To bring Taiwanese tea to the world" has been Chang Shun's management philosophy for over a century. Through the establishment of the "Tea Two Finger Story Museum," we hope to embody Taiwan's unique warmth, showcasing the rich emotional heritage of filial piety, as well as the traditional tea culture and pioneering spirit of Taiwan. With more than a hundred years of tea production, Chang Shun began selling finger-shaped tea this year, hoping to create a new chapter for the Taiwanese tea industry. The story of Taiwanese Two Finger Tea - a journey of tea making takes us back to when I was an eight-year-old bewildered boy. Influenced by the love of tea brewing from my elders, I embarked on a long and wonderful journey with tea. To create a flavor that suits the palate of an eight-year-old, I experimented with tea roasting methods and aimed to shorten the roasting time. However, due to unfamiliarity with the machine's operation, I accidentally severed my left hand's middle and ring fingers; thus, the remaining eight fingers allowed me to live my life as normal. The two fingers devoted to tea became the mark of my lifelong effort to produce great tea.
