Ershui Traditional Noodles Introduction

Even more surprising is that the noodle shop is bustling with customers. The owner, Ou Lianzhao, used to carry her noodles around to sell, and her unique traditional flavors have become a favorite among the people of Ershuei. Even after moving away from the commercial district, customers continue to flock to her for the enticing aroma. She claims that her braised pork is a secret recipe, and the noodles are perfectly chewy without being mushy. A bowl costs only 20 NTD, making it popular not only among locals but also attracting tourists on holidays.
