Ershuei Traditional Noodles Introduction
Away from the streets of Ershui, we arrive at the famous Dongzuo Stone Inkstone, and after walking 100 meters north and turning into an alley, we unexpectedly find a noodle stall situated in a quiet residential area. Even more surprising is that the noodle shop is bustling with customers. The owner, Ou Lian Zhao, used to carry her noodles around to sell, and her unique traditional flavor has become a favorite among the locals of Ershui. Even after moving away from the commercial district, customers still come smelling the fragrant dishes. She claims that the braised pork is her secret recipe, and the noodles are chewy yet not overcooked. A bowl only costs 20 NTD, making it popular not only among locals but also attracting many tourists on holidays.
