Ershui Traditional Noodles Introduction
Away from the neighborhoods of Ershuei, you will find the famous Dongzuo Stone Inkstone. Walking 100 meters north and turning into the alley, you will unexpectedly encounter a noodle stall set in a quiet residential area. Even more surprising is the bustling crowd at the noodle shop, with many customers. The shop owner, Ou Lian-Zhao, used to carry her noodles for sale and the unique traditional flavor has become a favorite of the locals in Ershuei. Later, even after moving away from the business district, customers still come to enjoy the aroma. She mentions that the braised pork is her secret recipe, with chewy and firm noodles drizzled with aromatic pork sauce, all for just NT$20. Not only do the local customers love it, but it also frequently attracts tourists on holidays.
